Fee

The fee for a one (1) time SINGLE JOURNEY (Ad-Hoc) LICENCE is $320.00, made payable to the Civil Aviation Authority Bahamas (CAA-B) via Credit Card – caabahamas.com/pay-online/, or Wire transfer, or Certified Cheque Note: (1) Requests are to be submitted seventy-two (72) hours prior to departure, otherwise additional charges will be Incurred & approval may be denied. (2) No air operator shall engage in commercial air transport unless that air operator holds an air transport licence or an Aviation document authorizing such transport. (3) Failure by any air operator to possess a licence referred to under subsection (1), shall result in the automatic suspension of the commercial air transport operation to which this licence applies. <\p>

Providing false information to the Authority for the purpose of receiving approval or permission is an offence (as section 50 (1)(c) of the Civil Aviation Act 2021 indicates) which is punishable by a fine of up to $5,000 or to imprisonment for 6 months or both (s. 50 (2) Civil Aviation Act 2021).
